The hotel is conveniently located near the METRO STATION in the lively Paharganj area. Despite initial concerns about the alleyway leading to it, we found the hotel to be safe and easily accessible. The staff were attentive and provided great service during our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast included in the package was delicious and served promptly.

1) Room too cold I was travelling with a infant 8 months no heating in room when requested for a heater the reception demanded extra 300 rupees totally in acceptable 2) no room service post midnight Horrible food - ordered for fried rice and got a pulao instead see we with mint chutney !?????? 3) complimentey breakfast is a joke when requested for the menu had only butter toast with hardly any butter on them and omelette - even roadside dabba Serbs better food
